My understanding and I think most impressive feature will be dual recoil springs on all models, the same as on the subcompacts (g26/27).
Personally I love my 17 RTF2 and I'm a little disappointed their doing away with the rough texture and fish gills. Just mho.

Two more articles on the new Glock. I put a lot more faith in the one from Police Magazine than any others I have seen. They acknowledge where they have rumors and what they do know.

I agree. I had the Glock 36. Fairly thick. I have fairly large hands and I had a hard time getting a grip on it. I also found the the grip was way too short but I think a grip extension would have taken care of that as well as ad a shot. The other thing I noticed was when I pulled the trigger, my finger sometimes would get caught or pinched as the trigger was returning. I ended up selling it to a friend with much smaller hands. Still, it is a well made gun. Just my two cents worth. I'm thinking of getting the Kahr PM45. I currently have the PM40 but really would like the extra stopping power in the 45cal.
