This would be a FTF sale.
The issue is....I, as a Texas resident would be selling a pistol to a Indiana Resident, both being in Texas at the time of the sale.

No, I didn't stop quoting too soon. Making an informed decision as you suggested may be flat breaking the law. If caught the person will give the 2nd Amendment supporters a black eye! I see no reason to even suggest that anyone should break the law on the Forum.
