Enchanted Rock is one of my favorite places in Texas. Enjoy your trip!
All venomnous snakes have been asked to leave or hybernate while you are there. Got some interesting info from one of the staff that you all might like to hear.
1) I was informed that I was able to carry there...as long as I informed them ahead of time. Anyone else ever hear of this? This one is news to me.
2) I was informed that there is no need to carry as it is a very safe and secluded area and there was nothing there that warranted carrying and the only thing that would "bother" me would maybe be a raccoon.
Anywho, thought some of you might enjoy this information and would like to know that nothing will happen to you at Enchanted Rock SNA.
