I wear one every Sunday during the warm months under a tucked in shirt that is not fitted. XD40SC with two 16 round mags to balance.

The stiching does rub and can become uncomfortable. I wear another underarmor type shirt underneath.

It is a little warm but not too bad.

Works well.

The emphasized portion above is exactly why I never wear mine. I liked that I could carry my full size all steel CZ 75B .40 in it, I didn't like having to have 3 layers of shirts on to allow it. Just out of curiosity I tried it on again the other day with my new M&P 9C and only had it on for about 3 minutes. Something in the stitching itches the ever living daylights out of me and after that 3 minutes I was already getting red marks on my shoulders.
