Wow, that is impressive. Skinny has set the bar high! I may have to re-think the Hawaiian shirt.

I dislike going to Walmart too. Target is out of the question. At least you can return something at Walmart. At Target the customer is always wrong. Ever since the Salvation Army episode a few years back I haven't set foot in a Target. Besides they don't have near the selection that Walmart has. Sporting goods, guns, ammo, etc.

I can't stand Wal-Mart...maybe it's the one by me, but the "associates" are rude, there are never enough registers open, the store is filthy, and the...ummm...clientele leave something to be desired. Half the time, I think the "People of Wal Mart" website is dedicated to the Wal Mart nearest me. If I *ever* go in there, it's really early in the morning and usually only for an ammo check. But as of late, Academy has had everything I've wanted. I'll pay a $1 or $2 more just to not have to deal with the folks at the Mega-Lo Mart...they somehow manage to make Big Lots look like Nordstroms.

I know, I know, I'm reviving an old thread. But, I was seriously considering skipping Wally World and making my first outing a trip to Whole Foods. Something about the idea of walking around in the middle of a bunch of organic foods and earthy folks who would probably keel over if they knew I was carrying just sounds so...fun.
