Seems backwards to think like that. My response would be "If I were the kind to go for my gun in the presence of an officer, that'd make me not the kind of person that would or could get a CHL." Well, DUH, then they can only charge you with capital murder. If you don't have a CHL, they can also get you on unlawful possession of a weapon.Purplehood wrote:Agreed.
