"rlol"

I'm going to name my P239 "Faith" and my BHP "Reconciliation" and the G29 "Armageddon" and get it engraved with "The destiny of the lost is a place in the lake of fire (Rev. 19:20)"

This was a real "come to Jesus" meeting! :biggrinjester:

Depending on where you yelled that phrase, you might collect many bullets at high speed, pointy end first.

I'd actually have faith that I wouldn't be in that situation in the first place. If I do end up there... well... time to use "works".

Remember, faith without works is dead! :thumbs2: (James 2:20)

True, this is why it only happens in Hollywood movies.

Agreed; "Divine Wrath" the 12ga would be my first choice, but "Faith" the snubnose is easier to conceal "rlol"

For me personally, I'll pray as if everything depends on God, and work as if everything depends on me. Just as the Shepherd expects to have to protect His sheep, He probably expects His sheep dogs to hold their own with much less assistance.

:tiphat:

This whole incident could have been more for the benefit of the robber, a second chance that he failed to grab onto as seen by his later arrest.

Thought I was going to read that her .45 was named "Faith". Disappointed now...

All the same, listening to Him and obeying Him is going to generally have better results than behaving without his guidance.
I suppose its a concept that can take a lifetime to understand, but the rewards are eternal. I believe this lady will collect on these rewards someday, and that the robber has made his decisions for which he may well pay in eternity.
It looks like I am getting close to the forbiden line, and I apologize to Chas. and the mods.
