I had a creampuff Pinto and I'm sure someone has had a lemon Porche. One cannot take that many firearms and blanketly pronounce them as unreliable based on anecdotal/firsthand evidence. There are reliable and unreliable "pocket guns".jeeperbryan wrote:Embalmo wrote:Good luck finding 10 dissatisfied LCP owners. One should really do research before disparaging so many guns in one post.jeeperbryan wrote:My guess is that it'll be as unreliable as all the other pocket .380s I've tried or shot. I've just about given up of the pocket 380 trend. Pick any model [P3AT|LCP|TCP|P238|Diamondback|Hellcat] and you'll find 10 people that have had issues and 10 people that have had no issues. Then you'll get people that claim 100% reliability....after 100 rounds :) Until someone comes out with a pocket size Glock 26/27, I'm just sitting back and watching....
It's not hard to find dissatisfied LCP owners. Here's a simple google search that will return quite a few problem threads:

I have both. My P3AT is more reliableEmbalmo wrote: The LCP was both a rip-off and an improvement of the P3AT.
