She has may vote. 
If a woman had to be President, then better Condi than "her thighness!". But... not to disappoint anyone, but I heard her (Condi) just today on the Hannity Show say that she will not run for President or VP in '08 or at any other time. Of course, a lady's perogative is to change her mind... right!?!
