Slap the back of my pistol mags every time I load one up, as a matter of habit. In a 1911, they'll start rattling after a while if you don't. They'll feed fine, but that sound's pretty distinctive, and effective ruins any possibility of "discrete" concealed carry...at least if any other 1911-types are around.

I can see where it *could* happen. Never worry about it, cuz I think i'd be more likely hit by lightening, as AndyC says...
