If The law passes, How would they know know if some on is carrying? Sounds like a another prommise from leftist that they have no intention of keeping. I am amused though that they have such feelings of self importance that they, think they we need them or that they would be missed.

Unfortunately it is pretty clear in our Employee Handbook. The district my wife works at is the same... in fact they are almost verbatim. I think TEA has a template for the "local" policies for school districts.
What needs to happen there is to convince enough teachers that the TEA is not operating in the teacher's best interests.
They most definitely are not doing so. They are operating in the Union Bosses best interests.
Tough row to hoe with too many teachers being liberal/progressive mental defectives. But it would help.
I no longer have any but grandchildren in school, but if I did and one of those lefty teachers tried to lie to my child, the fight would be on.
