definitely worth giving them a call. i was getting close to the 60 day mark myself so i sent an email and got a response back from one of the people that does the background checks saying everything was good to go. i never did have to provide any court documents for my arrest, probably because it was a juvenile offense and expunged from my record. but definitely send an email and give them a call. i hadn't seen any change in my status for quite a while, but when i sent an email i got a response back within 2 days saying everything was good to go. my status changed to "mailed" over the weekend. good luck.

I called, they tried to transfer me to the person handling my file, she didn't answer I left a message, hopefully I get a all back in the next 24 hours. The woman on the phone was as helpful as possible, and let me know that they did discover an arrest on my file, I said yes I know I disclosed it and provided documentation along with it, I;m trying to see why it is still holding me up and she said only the person actually handling my file could let me in on that, so hopefully soon I will get an answer.

my last email went 3 days before i got a response... i know it's frustrating, but just give it a couple days, you'll probably hear something back soon

right now i'm waiting for that poor mailman that has to walk from Austin to Houston with my envelope. he left friday so i'm thinking he should be here by the end of the week. maybe they should give these guys schwinns, it would cut down the time it takes from "mailed" to our mailboxes.

Tried to contact again today, busy signals...and the email i sent got bounced back to me. I will be calling every day at this point until I get ahold of my reviewer.

Didn't get through once again today, but I left a message, and plan to continue this every day until I hear back from someone.

how many days has it been now? i'm real surprised you haven't heard SOMETHING by now. and i'm also surprised you even got through on their phone lines. every time i ever tried to call i got one ring and then a busy signal.

Been 4 Days Since I left the original voice message, I will be calling again today, I'm not very impressed with the fact that I have heard nothing, especially when my first message was left directly at the desk of the person handling my file, no wonder I haven't gotten it yet.

how many days has it been since they received your application? i'm sure i've read it somewhere but don't remember at the moment

and just trying to play devil's advocate here, but i would think that if these people took the time to return every phone call and/or email they receive about someone's status, they wouldn't have much time to actually work on the applications

It will be 60 days since they opened the envelope Monday, it has been 80 days since I mailed it.

Called again, left a message again after being in the que for 30 minutes. Still no response.

what time are you calling them?

exactly 2:15 pm M-W, 2:30 T-Th, and Today I managed to get another half hour to waste at 1Pm

I called them twice on two separate occasions between 9:15-11am and was on hold for less than 15 minutes both times.
