Problem is, my food clings to ME.WildBill wrote:I cling to my food and guns.Keith B wrote:Ain't it amazing how easily we here on the forum get off the topic of guns when food is mentioned??
The official opening date is around May 12th, but per the meeting I was at this morning, I believe there is potential for it to be open a couple of weeks earlier. The one in Frisco and the one in Allen should be opening on the same day. The one on Central Expressway will be further behind those two.Slowplay wrote:More OT...so, do you know if it will open before the Cabelas??beardking wrote:Actually, it's already under construction and about half way through. I have a kind of inside track on that information. :)WildBill wrote: OT - A new In-n-Out burger is also planned for Allen TX.I saw a sign off the service road for In-n-Out just north of where the Cabelas is located, but didn't see where they were building the In-n-Out Burger.
I hope your "inside track" is more than what a buddy told me about it (from reading D magazine).
My daughter said it was a good burger. My controller said it was an overprice burger. My brother said they are just flat out nasty tasting. But he also thinks Taco Bueno is a Mexican food restaurant. I can hardly wait to try it for myself. Of the three, my daughter usually reflects my tastes best.beardking wrote:The official opening date is around May 12th, but per the meeting I was at this morning, I believe there is potential for it to be open a couple of weeks earlier. Red Oak got too big for us. Moved to the out skirts of Midlothian a couple years ago. Still drive into Red Oak everyday for work though.TxRVer wrote:I moved from Frisco in 2000. It was getting too big. I like the laid back lifestyle here in Red Oak. We also built a very comfortable house that we don't plan to leave. Much more boring than Collin County and I like it that way.Beiruty wrote:Come on, move to Collin Count, life is good here. Just too boring (safe!)TxRVer wrote:They keep building those things on the wrong side of DFW for me.
