That pistol looks like it has a quite a bit of "book-bag" wear on the finish.....

i had a troubled cousin, still is, live with me after his father passed away, he was 13 at the time. My area isnt the greatest so this didnt surprise me. One day before i left for work, he told me he traded his bb pistol for a real pistol from a 6th grader. He showed it to me and it was some sort of low end 1911 chambered in .45, he had discharged the weapon 3 times in the back yard to which i found the shells later.
8 th grader trades a bb pistol (i dont know where he got it) to a 6 th grader for a 1911 (dont know where he got it either)... needless to say, the weapon was taken from him and i handed it over to a LEO friend of mine.

So much for "gun control," when underage teens or pre-teens can obtain weapons so easily.

Agreed. Even on island nations like England and Jamaica, guns are easily obtained. Gun "control" is simply an illusion.
