Thing is, our guys and gals in Uniform can't , or should not, practice Law on the street. There seems to be a tendency to 'arrest them all. Let the Judge firure it out.' The street isn't a court room. Conflicting opinions should remain in a Debate Class.
Its fairly easy to really upset the LEO and create an advisary enviornment.
This is a fairly diverse population and we aren't all well schooled, in demand attorneys who are skilled into the in-and-outs of local politics.
The KISS mind set makes more sense than the whofor, therefor, and whatfor (e), exclusions and exceptions.
Thanks again for your images. CHL restrictions really, really ought to be as definitive as traffic signs.
