DPS requires that you be 21 years old. Rocky is 21 in "squirrel years". Did you notice the birthdate? It's April 1st!

I look like a terrorist in my CHL pic, and yes, I'm being serious. I'm as American as they get, but in the pic, it doesnt appear as such. Oh well, its a good conversation piece. (I'm not stuffy about who knows I have a license and that I carry, I only associate with people I can trust).
