A former co-worker of mine was convicted of Sexual Assault of a Child. When he got to prison the general inmate populace handled it.snatchel wrote:They havent done the sentencing yet, so I'm not real sure. He was charged with Sexual Assault of a Child, and Aggravated Sexual Assault of a child. Max prison sentence is 119 years. But you know how it goes....they usually get away with 30-40% of it. Suffice to say, he should die in prison. I hope our conservative Tom Green County citizens are brutal in their reccomendation, but Im not real sure that they are the ones that have the call. Is it the DA? Judge? Who makes that call?
