I would be more worried about any loose rocks or branches flying out of the mower than the chances that your lost round would be ejected or detonated. If it were a 50 cal. round, then you might want to look for it, but then again you would have to be pretty creative to lose a 50 cal. round in the grass of your backyard. Unless it was really a jungle back there, then you might opt for the manly way to mow grass, the scythe or machete.
