Just the clip. Never seen it wore any other way. This is gonna sound weird, but I would actually like to have the clip match my slacks. When I wear black slacks, always gotta have a black clip. If I wear khakis...they dont make a khaki clip. I am in Dr offices all day. I try to be discreet when I can.

...I have done just that...you're right...but it was really my cellphone and a 16' tape under my shirt...they were just guessing where my .45(which doesn't bulge) was...I got the laugh on them, though...
