I can help with a few of those. Even though I don't carry, I look for signs :)

Shu: The TSRA maintains a 30.06 page of sorts at http://tsra.com/index.php?p=page&id=82. They state that some 30.05s are thrown into the mix, and those aren't identified by-business, and there's no real attempt at verification, just the business name, location, and phone number, if supplied. So pretty rudimentary, but it might offer some "seed" information.

One thing they do have that I like, is rather than just removing a business from the listing if it's reported the 30.06 has come down, they have a section called "Companies Removing Gun-Ban Signs." I think would be better worded to "Companies Welcoming CHL Holders," but the idea is a good one: having a separate listing that acknowledges a business for either removing 30.06 postings or openly stating that CHL holders are recognized customers. A number of folks on the Forum have already posted about good experiences in retail stores, and giving CHL-friendly business a little PR might be a win-win deal for everyone involved. Just a thought.
