Yes, that is why I included the statement "if you can pass the NICS back ground check for a hand gun purchase". If you can not pass the NICS you can not get a CHL.KC5AV wrote:The military service also comes into play under Federal law. What you do not qualify for is the 50% discount given to prior members of the armed services who have been honorably discharged.
