I'm thinking about buying one of these. What are your impressions of it so far?

I haven't broken down and bought one yet. I'm waiting for a little bit more feedback as people have them a little longer and put more rounds through them. I suspect is its a good rifle and lots of fun to boot. I am adding to my wishlist every day. I just don't know which one to get. I think I'm going to have to get a second job to support my gun habit.

Bought mine last time home, love it. It has all the good points of a 10-22 with the added bonus of breaking down. We tried shooting and then break down over and over again, always returned to zero. It made a small tight group at 40 yards. It's a keeper. :clapping:

I picked mine up for $350. It shoots just shy of 2 MOA with a 7x scope at 50 yards. Not bad for a non-free floating barrel that's main purpose it to be removed from the receiver.

Thought I would toss out an alternative (albeit more expensive if you buy the complete gun), even though I like the looks of this one a lot...

AGP arms (cannot link from work) is selling a "take down kit" for the Ruger 10/22.

folding stock, threaded barrel with barrel nut for attachment to the receiver and hand guard. Options include SS barrel, different hand guards, few other things.

Looks pretty good, and a nice way to convert an existing gun. Also more compact, if thats a concern.

Threaded too, for that muzzle break ;-)

If everything works as planned I'll be picking mine up next month. I've heard really good things so I think it's time to buy one. The cost isn't so much the issue. I was waiting for the price to settle. I don't have 10/22 now so I might as well buy the one that is designed to break down. There just too many firearms and so little time and money. :cryin
