Here we go again, sue,sue,sue, lawyers and Judges (sorry Charles...not you) have got to start throwing this garbage out.

Looks like the LEO was criminally neglant since he left his gun where a child could get it. :rules:

Why would they? This is their bread and butter. You ever hear of the public winning a class action?
