Wow, there doesn't appear to be any safety, and it looks like it also takes an extremely low amount of pressure to make that thing cut. I can't believe we allow something like that on the market.
and it came with no instructions on which end to grab? No user manual?

Why would they? This is their bread and butter. You ever hear of the public winning a class action?
