I do really enjoy my CM9. It has been my go-to for concealed carry for a while, and it was only recently put second in the rotation to my XDs. It's simple, small, and lightweight. Kahr's have great DA triggers, and it's an accurate little gun. I added a Hogue Handall Jr, and it made a significant difference in carry comfort (covers Kahr's aggressive molding) and shooting control.
I will say I have a few minor gripes. One is that I have had a hard time getting a clean mag drop in reloads. They just don't want to fall free on their own with my particular gun. I don't find this an issue for me as I don't practice speed/combat/competition reloads. Smooth and steady wins the race for me. Also, I did have to tweak the slide stop retention spring a bit as it was allowing the slide stop to back out a small amount during extended range sessions which caused the pistol to fail to return to full battery. I haven't heard of this being a big issue with this gun, however.
