It is nobody's business what I have on my person, especially if they are open to the genral public. Property rights do not apply if you insist you are open to the general public.
If I have a gun in my pocket, you should not know nor should you care, regardless of whether I have a CHL or not. Everyone else's rights end where my person begins, no matter where I am.
