Ok, just got back from the range with the citadel 9mm. This is the most accurate 9mm out of the box I have ever shot. Better then the Glock 34 I shot a few months ago. I put about 150 rounds through it without a single problem. All rounds fired using both PMC 115 FMJ and WWB 115. As for how it grouped I should have took a pic with my cell but I was getting consistent 2-3 inch groups at 12-15 yards from a weaver stance. Recoil is very mild even compared to my brother's Glock 17. If you want a low recoil and accurate 9mm a 5inch 1911 is going to be hard to beat. Fully loaded the gun weighs just over 40oz on my cheap little home scale. plan to put another 150-200 rounds down range next week.
9mm with 5inch barrel +1911 frame= Very accurate and very little recoil!
