I wonder if he is one of the posts on the "gouging" thread. Some of the posters on that thread are beginning to get angry.

Not that it matters but I bet it was one of those situations where a buddy was in line holding spots for his pals. I have witnessed the same rudeness when waiting to buy high demand event tickets. Now days I just go online for my tickets and fight all the other computers for position. It is safer.

I am going to go out on a limb here and give odds that the guy has a CHL. Either way, he will be very lucky if he does not do hard time. When they throw aggravated in front of assualt, somebody is going to jail.
