I'm afraid not. The men that Adams was inciting had more *ahem*
spine than any of today's wimps and cowards.
Are you refering to our political representatives or the populace in general? If the former I give you Rand Paul and those who supported his filibuster such as Ted Cruz. Jim Jordan, Steve Scalise and the 170 members of the House 'Republican Study Committee" who have raised the ire of Boehner and his ilk by pushing back at "leadership". If the latter I give you the men and women who participate on this forum and others like it across this great country, who rally, who educate, who lead by example in their communities, the men and women who currently serve and those retired from service, in the armed forces of our country. Those who hold dear their oath to uphold and defend the Constittution. Not a wimp nor coward among them.

Actually a Manhattan based state supreme court judge.

That's even better.

Yeah. Sorry, I thought I'd heard it was a local federal judge.

Under Federal law (LEOSA), out of state law enforcement would be able to carry in Hawaii...
Be careful LEO's. You being given an exception to carry doesn't make it okay to bar the rest of us. If you go on vacation there, and I go on vacation there, aren't we both simply citizens? Shouldn't we have the same rights?

Of course. I think he was just pointing out that any state laws banning out of state LEOs from carrying were exempted by a federal law saying they can.
