Conservative new sites seem to have the opinion it likely won't even pass the Democrat controlled senate, much less the House. I don't even think Harry Reid is in favor of it.

They said the same thing about McCain-Feingold. Then when it passed they said the President wouldn't sign it. Then when he signed it they said the Supreme Court would strike it down. Then when they didn't strike it down they said what the heck is going on?
