depending on how much land they need, I could set them up with one of my clients (an Economic Development Corp) for a pretty sweet deal, and they could have a railroad siding and be within 3 miles of Interstate 20. The RR connection would be a 2 year project, but the interstate is there as well as our county airport another 6-8 miles down the same highway as the development project.

As far as I'm concerned, the offer is open to Kimber, Kahr, S&W, Remington, Winchester..........

Why would a company like those even want to relocate to a big city environment with all the high taxes and regulations?

Allen, admittedly the edge of the metroplex above, but still only the edge (for the moment) and we have some facilities just begging for the occupancy, not to mention the jobs.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Kind of a central hub, products can go anywhere in the USA very easily.

If they don't move to Texas...I will be glad to see them move somewhere other than Colorado...
