Phoned Briley just now to ask roughly when the job would be done - I could hear the guy smile over the phone and he said "How does "now" sound?"

The barrels are being UPS'd back today and I confirmed that they have the correct chokes - I might have everything back by tomorrow evening. Woohoo!

Where do you shoot trap/skeet in the Metroplex area Andy?

I'm thinking about heading over to Elm Fork to shoot some skeet this Saturday. Talked my daughter into coming with me and pushing the buttons. Funny thing, though, I created some score sheets for skeet, trap, and 5-stand in MS Excel and was thinking about bringing my laptop to keep score with. One only has to put the x's in and the spreadsheet will automatically add up the scores. My daughter rolled her eyes at me and said, "You took something cool and geeked it up."

You going to be there Andy? Or does anyone else want to meet there for some skeet?

What kind of chokes are you going to be using? Extended? Flush fit with the muzzle?

Also have you ever posted a picture of the Miroku? I remember you talking about it in a shotgun thread of mine but haven't seen it.

I'm still shoping for a skeet/sporting clays gun myself. My interest waned with getting my AR but since I went skeet shooting again, I'm ready to look again.

UPS left a note - adult signature required, so they'll try again tomorrow. Guess I'll have to go to work early and work through lunch if I can get to leave early.

Then it won't matter if you're there or not. But I'd be happy to wait around your house for them to come. I'll leave once it has been delivered. Don't be surprised if your shotty comes back looking kind of like a 32" barreled left-handed Stoeger Condor Competition model.
