I cant stand any of the Bud products. The few times I have a beer it's Shiner for me. Funny story here though. We bowl at USA Bowl in Dallas every Friday night. I went up to get us a beer while we were bowling a couple of weeks ago (first time to order here). Now the wife likes Miller Lite when she drinks so I ordered 1 Miller Lite and 1 Shiner. I was charge $3 for the Miller and $4 for the Shiner. I asked the bartender why the difference and she pointed to a sign that had all of the beer listed in 1 catagories, Domestic for $3 and Imported for $4. I made the comment that that was a long way to import a beer. All the way from Shiner, Texas. She lookd at me with a (no offense here) dumb blond look.

I happen to like the direction the NRA has taken just fine. No apologies for standing up for my gun rights is preferable to caving in and giving them away. Its just common sense.
:iagree:

I'm convinced some of these hunter-only types of gun owners would be willing to give away almost everything as long as they had some guarantee that their precious deer rifles or duck shotguns weren't threatened.

I prefer Shiner to most other beers for general beer consumption. Discovering Shiner was a welcome surprise when we moved here.

I am not an IPA fan by any means so I haven't tried the Wild Hare but I hear good things for those that like funny tasting beer.

This is more my speed.

I am more of a whiskey and bourbon guy, but when I drink a beer it is Shiner. I have a six pack in the reefer ready for when I am jonesin' for one.

Budweiser has always made me gag.

Who cares? Their watery toilet water has got to be an offense against the Reinheitsgebot.
