Replace the peanuts with bacon and you have my attention.
Replaced the peanuts and sausage with (Halal) Turkey Stripes.

Now you've gone and made me hungry again.
This means culinary war. Meet the 'Frittata of Revenge':
Two eggs. Separate yokes and whites. Froth whites into Meringue state. Beat yokes, fold into frothed whites.
Add a few ounces of cubed grilled steak, chopped black olives (optional), sun dried tomatoes (again optional) into hot cast iron skillet lightly covered in olive oil. Fold in a tablespoon full of Feta into the egg mix. Toss egg mix into skillet. Stir once to combine and spread egg over meat mixture. Heat until edges of egg look firm - (this only takes a few seconds). Remove skillet from cooktop, top egg mix with a few sprinkles of favorite cheese (again optional). Put skillet with mixture under broiler until eggs puff up. (Watch carefully if you don't want a fire). You can also put the mixture into a oven preheated to 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

Those are some nice omelets there! I should post a pic of this omelet I make occasionally in a tomago-yaki style.... one of these days.
