I lost my CHL and DL earlier this week (but thankfully not my entire wallet). I guess I'll report the CHL lost today and hope for a quick turnaround. I was able to get my DL replaced in about two hours at the local DPS/DMV office - too bad they can't do CHL's as well given that it's the same state dept. I guess this would make a good argument for having the CHL as an endorsement on the DL.
