There is no TABC license listing for this place. The only close match is to a "La Rocas Restaurant on W. Princeton Dr. in Princeton"; license sign :BLUE.

Are there a great deal of establishments where 49% of their revenue comes from selling food and 51% from booze?

Probably about as many as make 49% from alcohol and 51% from food.
