Nice eatery. I would visit this place. Rifle is far enough away from liberal gun infringing Denver to be normal.

My understanding is that OC is legal on property under your control or for a sporting purpose such as target shooting or hunting. As the owner, you would be legal and I believe employees should be ok as well as this is common practice at gun stores but customers would not be legal to carry unless you also had a range on premises. That is my understanding anyway.
