Nice eatery. I would visit this place. Rifle is far enough away from liberal gun infringing Denver to be normal.

I wonder if being armed has increased their tip income? I'll bet they don't get too much sass from tourists beefing about the cooking..... :shock:

My understanding is that OC is legal on property under your control or for a sporting purpose such as target shooting or hunting. As the owner, you would be legal and I believe employees should be ok as well as this is common practice at gun stores but customers would not be legal to carry unless you also had a range on premises. That is my understanding anyway. That is my two cents, worth what you paid for it.
