Same here. Coached my little sister's soccer team when I was in high school. The advantage I had there was that I was on the varsity soccer team and the parents all knew me and let me coach. Regardless who's at fault, cheating is cheating regardless the color of one's skin.
More recently, I've coached my daughter's softball team and volleyball teams. Most parents stayed away from practices and rarely had anything criticisms. Some parents helped during practices, at my request, and everyone had a great time and we did well. Now, my daughter is older and plays for higher level teams with other coaches and I get to just watch and enjoy. Sometimes the coaches ask for an extra set of eyes or a glove and I help. However, the best practices I've ever been to were where I sat in my chair reading this forum. After practice, when my daughter asked what I thought of practice, I told her I thought it as great. And when she asked how I thought she did, I said I had no idea. I didn't see a thing. Those practices were so peaceful and stress free, for me.
