Not an expert, but it is my understanding that the angle of the windshield from outside would turn the bullet down (somewhat counterintuitivly) and from the inside would turn it up. So from inside you would need to aim low.
I could be remembering it incorrectly. Watch Paw-Paw's video linked above. That is one of the videos I had seen before where I got my information from.

I just watched the video and AlaskinTexas is correct. I did misremember the deflection when shooting from inside the vehicle. As stated in the video, the deflection will be toward a perpendicular angle from the glass surface. So, for the first shot from inside through the front windshield, the first shot will be deflected upward, while follow up shots will be less effected or the effect will be negligible due the the integrity of the glass being compromised from the first shot. At least in that spot.
