Sadly no plastic in the mailbox today, however I can now recite my drivers license number forwards and backwards.

Updated Timeline:
5/27/15 - moved to the great state of Texas
6/18/15 - submitted CHL application online and received email confirmation
6/20/15 - fingerprints
6/21/15 - CHL class
6/22/15 - submitted CHL-100 form online and received email confirmation
7/09/15 - called DPS, application approved, plastic should be coming in a week
7/14/15 - status updated online
At the point that I'm really excited to go home after work just to check the mail lol.

Thanks!!! Definitely will do the walk soon. You'll definitely get your plastic soon the way things have been trending the past couple of weeks for other folks here.

Congratz! Nice that the wait is over huh? Although they seem to get most out way before the 60 days, the wait still is a killer. lol

Feels like a ton of weight is off my shoulders now lol. The wait is definitely killer but I feel really bad for those whose applications are taking longer than normal. Probably best for us newly licensed to help support those who are still waiting
