One dark rumor is that the Chinese called in a marker when they ordered their big institutional investors not to sell anything for 6 months. They suddenly demanded we stop any Chinese trades in our country. The market was held up while it was sorted out, and an excuse was made. Again, just a rumor.

It may be outdated info, but wasnt that St Louis NSA facility the one that's supposedly dedicated to monitoring Internet traffic?
I don't know the answer to that but I've also read that St. Louis is a major cyber hub.
Well that's gotta be just a coincidence!
