Why make an issue of this in this thread that has nothing to do with what you are talking about. This has been hashed and rehashed time and again. I don't think the police departments "propogated" what is in the dictionary.
Are you just trolling around trying to pick an argument where there really is none?

I will be interested in the final policies set up by Universities such as Tech and A & M will be, I have a good Idea what the liberal Universities like TU and UTEP will be......they are already whining.

The university has had policies and protocols in place before SB11, he said, and those policies will not change with the passage of SB11.

My apologies. I thought you implied I was one when you wrote I was "trolling". I misunderstood. Sorry if I was rehashing an old subject. I've not been around too long so I was ignorant of the fact that it had been discussed.
