There is no law that says you can't carry on your person while in the vehicle under MPA. However, it is not advisable IMO because if you don't have a CHL and have to leave the vehicle you might forget to disarm and you would be in violation of the law.brhalltx wrote:I don't think the MPA authorizes you to carry concealed on your person. That's how I started out carrying while waiting for my CHL, but I made it a point to remember to leave the gun in the vehicle once I got out. (unless I was going directly from home to car or vise versa) I probably wouldn't suggest that most people do it though.
