For those of you uneasy about Islam, look up the most peaceful religions. People whos religion is Islam are not terrorists. Isis are terrorists who just so happen to be Islamic.

If you feel uneasy about a religious group because of a group of people doing bad things while claiming to be believers of that religion, you should feel uneasy about every belief as I doubt there is a religious group whos followers have yet to commit wicked acts.

I have to disagree that Islam is a peaceful religion. There are plenty of peaceful moderates/modern practitioners that are peaceful. But I believe the religion at its core, practiced in an orthodox manner is not peaceful. And I believe there is a ever growing orthodox movement that is generally referred to as 'radical' Islam.

That said, I have no problem with those who practice their religion peacefully. That goes for any religion.

Beiruty my neighbor is a Muslim from India. He has done much in teaching me about Islam and I have respect for his faith. My biggest complaint to him is why in the devil are you guys not making more noise in condemning these terrorists?

Muslims have to step up & show America what its really are about. The Muslim community is being painted with a broad brush & the only salvation is for the community to change the current sentiment.

Often silence is difficult to interpret & will put up a barrier of suspicion - and for whatever reason, I dont hear the Muslim majority telling us different. Yall gotta get active and get loud.

Would you say the same for Old Testament (I guess part of both Jewish/Christianity religion) that has something like ordering a father to kill his son if he does disobey the father). We should not discuss religion but extremists killers would justify anything to kill anyone including killing Muslims.
