Nov 22 - Chl Class completed
Nov 23 - Application Submitted
Nov 24 - Fingerprints Submitted
I mailed all documents the 23rd Priority Mail
Submitted documents through email late decemeber. Received confirmation email December 28th
Called Dps yesterday 8 Jan, and Plastic should be in mail next week :D
Plastic in hand today ! Timeline above if similar

I called between 7-8am or 5-7pm with the best luck. Usually on hold for 15-20min the couple times I called. You should be receiving it any day if I was guessing. 63 days for me till on my hand.

I finished my class on 12/5/2015 and submitted my documents online the same day. I got the email confirmation on 12/7/2016.
I submitted the documents again by US Mail on 1/2/2016 just ensure they got my documents..
I'm still playing the waiting game and checking my mailbox everyday...
