If you were arrested on a misdemeanor other than domestic violence nine years ago and can't produce a record, they may let it slide. I say may because I don't know what DPS's internal rules are.

They know that sometimes expunctions really work, records are lost, courthouses burn down, etc.

Spoke with the judge today, she said that the event never happenned. She even explained to me why it didnt happen, but I have a short attention span! Then called the PD and my mom picked up an criminal background thingy from em, spotless. Am going to go ahead and leave it on there I guess, would hate to leave it off and it magically pop up.
