Impeach him for treason and be done with it. It's bad enough that liberal judges routinely ignore the Constitution, but it's untenable to have a legal system where judges openly deride the very document they have sworn an oath to defend.

It's like more and more of these judges are aligning themselves with some body of law that is NOT the Constitution.
