I buy my belts from The Beltman and they appear to be sturdy enough for my purposes. I wear black belts and use black holsters and I happen to be a big fan of the black square buckle that is an option. I like that my belt is "all black" and just sort of blends in with my black shorts/jeans.

I use two different holsters, the High Noon Snapper and the High Noon Sky High and do not need the optional stiffener in my belt, those holsters are held very securely.

I've only used my belt for a year so I can't vouch for it's durability in the long run.

I have been using the Kore Essential http://www.koreessentials.com/gun-belts gun belt not the fashion belt. I have been using it since November 2015 and it still looks like new and it is my every day belt and support holster without problem. I do not normally carry in belt holster but when I do I have two full mags on the left side as well. I always have a camera and a smartphone on the belt unless I am belt carrying ( about 5-10 times a month). I truly enjoy being able to adjust the belt by 1/4" increments as needed.

I've been wearing my belt from TheBeltMan for almost 10 years. It still looks almost brand new and I carry every day.

It is a few dollars more than your $70 upper limit. Sorry, but when I bought mine 7-8 years ago it was only about $55 or so. I still wear mine almost every day and shows very little wear. It's just a plain ole belt. Nothing fancy and comes in three colors. Mine is the medium brown.
