Isn't it required for colleges to post a 30.06 to make carry a crime? Even if they have designated an area off limits, they have to notify visitors somehow. And if the area is not a "building" or "premises", then the offense is a Class C.

Colleges must provide notification via 30.06, whether orally, by sign or other card.

That's what I thought...though a student might still suffer non-criminal consequences for violating a rule.
