Consider that she's not going to have both houses, like Zero did to start (if elected) her term. That and there will be a number of States that refuse to play ball. I'm not looking for any insurrection or uprising, but a refusal on the part of individuals and State Governments which will infuriate Clinton. That's where things will get interesting.
